The new bankruptcy law requires you to obtain credit counseling prior to filing. 

There are two parts to the credit counseling required by the new bankruptcy law:

Part 1:
We will help you complete the required credit counseling at our office before your case is filed.  

Part 2:
After your case is filed you will be required to complete a course in "personal financial management."  The course is on-line and costs $15.  The web-site is www.aaapersonalfinance.com this on-line course is required in order for you to receive a discharge from the Bankruptcy Court.
